Conference services
Non-profit-making scientific/medical groups and organizations are eligible to hold meetings at the Foundation. We have six rooms available for use (click thumbnails for full size images):

*The half day rate only applies to smaller meetings and to qualify for the half day rate, meetings must either run from 9 am to 1 pm, or from 2 pm to 5.30 pm. The Foundation reserves the right to charge the full day rate if meetings overrun. At weekends all meetings are charged the full-day rate.
Except where stated rates are per day and are inclusive of VAT. Charges for catering, projection services and photocopying are available on request.

Facilities
Basic audiovisual equipment is available in all meeting rooms, subject to availability.

A range of buffet lunches, morning coffee, afternoon tea, drinks receptions and dinners are available to participants by arrangement.

The Foundation can also reserve 15 bedrooms (seven twin, five single and three double), depending on availability.

Note: We are an independent charitable trust and our facilities cannot be used for the promotion of commercial materials, either by the speakers at a meeting, or by the display of promotional literature without prior approval. If a report of a guest meeting is published, the organizing body must ensure that our involvement is specified as being limited to the provision of facilities.
