Open meetings

In recent years, we have made open meetings a regular feature of our symposium programme. These one-day meetings present valuable opportunities for the wider scientific community to participate in our activities. They are advertised in relevant scientific journals/newsletters. Since 1990, collaborations have been established with a number of scientific organizations, including the Royal Society of Chemistry, the Royal Institution, the Royal Society of Medicine and the Physiological Society, who are able to offer help with lecture theatre facilities, hospitality and advertising.
